God is in control.

The future of a nation is not dictated by a president, but by the faith and obedience of its people toward God.

Humility.
Prayer.
Repentance.

This is the pattern of obedience in 2 Chronicles 7:14 which leads to God healing a nation.

Sadly, I have yet to hear these words come from the mouths of our candidates.

Even still, whoever “wins” tomorrow, I pray they come to understand that only God will “Make America Great Again.”

I pray they will soon realize that we are only “Stronger Together” when we are with God and place our trust in Jesus.

I pray that The Lord will allow you and I to see anything; any idol or sin we have held on to which hinders His work, and that He will give us the desire and the power to turn away from those things.

I pray that each of us will enter the voting booth in prayer and humility, seeking to have the heart, mind, and guidance of God as we cast our ballots.

The most important choice you will ever make will not be for the president, but for who you will surrender to as the Lord of your life.

Jesus says, “Whoever is not with Me is against Me.”

I believe this because God cannot lie.

No matter what trouble this world brings, I know that God is in control, and I’m with HIM.
